badhabits

We live persistently unhealthy

We eat and drink too much unhealthy food. We move too little. We smoke daily, drink alcohol excessively, and regularly use drugs.
Due to a persistently unhealthy lifestyle our metabolism derails until it gets sick, resulting in lifestyle
diseases.
What drives us to such a persistently unhealthy lifestyle?

The preventive screening program

The screening program consists of a

  • lifestyle screening
  • bodymarkers screening
  • biomarkers screening

Screening consultation

Every year the Smart Living app invites you for a screening consultation. Your coach will then assess your lifestyle and your health together with you based on a

  • lifestyle screening
  • bodymarkers screening
  • biomarkers screening
Bodymarkerscreening
Lifestyle screening

With the lifestyle screening you assess how well you adhere to the daily dos and don'ts.

During the annual screening consultation, you also do a lifestyle screening with your coach, which you assess together.

Bodymarkerscreening
30-days challenge

At the end of a lifestyle screening the Smart Living app offers poorly scoring daily don'ts for a 30-day challenge.

You can then choose one challenge to practice for 30 days for a good score.

Bodymarkerscreening
Bodymarker screening

With the bodymarkers screening you measure and assess

  • BMI (Body Mass Index for the height-weight ratio)
  • waist circumference
  • blood pressure
  • heart rate
Bodymarkerscreening
Biomarker screening

Every three years, the Smart Living app invites you to have blood drawn in the hospital laboratory for a biomarkers screening.

With this screening, you assess your physical health with your coach. Biomarkers are for instance glucose and cholesterol.
